Midsummer Run

Tue 20th June 2017
Entry Closed

Kilroot Power Station
Kilroot Power Station

Following on from the visit to Ballylunford Power Station last year, Mike Carroll has arranged a tour of Kilroot Power Station.

We meet at the Power Station car park at 6:45pm.  NB:  We enter the Power Station at 7pm Sharp.

If you're not there, you don't get in.

We will have tea/coffee during the saftey talk, before the guided tour of the station.

This is an industrial site, so please wear appropriate clothes and footwear, No high heels .  We will be walking over grids etc.

For security reasons Mike must have your Car Registration and names of the Driver and passengers at least a day before the event.  If you turn up unannouced on the night, you will not get in.

There is a £3 administration charge per/car for this event.

As those of you that attended the tour of Ballylunford will know this is a very interesting behind the scenes look at how we get the power we take for granted in our every day lives.
